These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tkbet.bar website and all associated services, products, and promotions. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through tkbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

tkbet may request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending balance.

Each player may hold only one registered account on tkbet at any time. Registering multiple accounts (whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address) is strictly prohibited. tkbet uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited without further notice.

Players who close their accounts voluntarily in good standing are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal process and applicable KYC requirements.
